Design and Manufacturing
The
mould making process starts with the understanding of the customer
needs, problems and production requirements. Our experienced engineers
analyze all the inputs given by the customer, and suggest the best
possible way to achieve the requirements. - Our
sophisticated Tool Room utilizes CNC (Computer Numerical Control
Technology) to machine complex shapes to the ultimate fulfillment. The
High Speed Machining with Automatic Tool Changer Technology gives
maximum efficiency to our manufacturing process. In addition to CNCs,
we have a number of Conventional & Unconventional Machines that
includes Lathe, Milling, Boring (W&W, Germany), Drilling, Grinding
(Both Surface & Cylindrical), Shapers, EDM, etc.
- The
Quality Personnel in addition to the Final Inspection, carry out the
Inspection of work in process, in order to avoid any last minute
hassle
- Our
strength is in sourcing the right Anti-Rust Mould Steel and Alloy Steel
of the highest quality and their right applications. We buy special
grades of STEEL and ALUMINIUM of GERMAN make. Treatments like surface,
heat treatment, plasma nitriding, etc. are carried out strictly as per
the guidelines set by the respective steel manufacturers.

1) Perform Injection Moulds
Perform
Injection moulds are produced at dedicated facilities in Noida. These
range up to 32 cavities in 9 gms. to 800 gms., involving:
Productivity and Reliability- Specially designed cooling circuits for faster cycle
- Rugged design for long life, over 2 million shots
- Auxiliary tapers that reduce mould wear by pre-aligning the mould halves, prior to the engagement of the neck ring tapers.

Trial & Delivery
The
performance of the manufactured mould is tested under the realistic conditions by
our Processing Department. The mould is dispatched to the customer only
after approval of the samples.
